New stamps release from Rubber Dance

Hello and welcome,

Today I want to tell you some exciting news. Rubber Dance have a new stamp release, which is crazy awesome flower stamps, designed exclusively for Rubber Dance by the DT member Melina Dahl and cool sentiment stamps with some bling designed by Bibi, the owner of Rubber Dance.

I had to get them all, and here is a art journal page I did with some of the new stamps. Look how awesome they are!

Some close ups for the details:

Both stamp sets are big sheets, about 12 x 17,5 centimetres (just under 5 x 7 inches), and the size of the flowers make them suitable for cards as well as art journal pages.

There is glitter all over the art journal page. I've been playing with sprays and Magicals from Lindy's Stampgang :-)

There is a 20 % discount on all the new stamps until 31st of October.
Regular price, each of the Crazy Flower sheets will be €18,50 - now only €14,80!
Regular price of the Bling sentiments will be €9,75 - now only €7,80!
To order, please go to Rubber Dance web shop right here.

With this floral art journal page I will join the Challenge over at That's Crafty - Forever Floral Challenge.

Thank you so much for visiting. Hope to see you back soon.

Hugs, Anita

Come Fly With Me - A winged index Card

Hello and welcome

Yesterday I found my index cards that have been standing and dusting down in my studio, and I wanted to do something with them so I started with gesso and went completely berserk with sanding modeling paste, Distress Crayons, Lindys Sprays, Lindys embossing powder , stencils, and Rubber Dance Stamps, and here is the result of my play:

Come fly with me

Here are some details:

And with this I joining the Challenge at:

Thank you for visiting and for leaving me a comment, I really appreciate it!

Take care and have a wonderful and creative weekend.

Feel the sorrow - art Journaling the sorrow away

Hello and welcome
My father died unexpectedly the night of January 17. It was a big shock and I have a very difficult time now. I thought he would live for many years yet. That we would experience several days together and that he would experience many nice moments with his grandchildren and great grandson. I was wrong.

In my greaf I find comfort in art and in my art journal. So this page is my expression of my sorrow:

Even in the darkest days there is a shade of colors.

In what way do you deal with grief? Music maybe? I think music can also be a help in grief.

The funeral will be on Thursday. Then that is the last goodbye. After that we have to try to live - laught, love, dance and sing.

Tell someone dear "I love you", today. Tomorrow it could be to late.

Thank you for visiting. Take care!

Hugs, Anita
