if you are a member of the new Group on Facebook called Rubber Dance Stamping Lounge, you will see this postcard on the wall today. If you are not a member, make sure to be a member. There is a lot of inspiration and there is also Challenges.
I actually made a video tut. of this card, but just before I finished editing, the entire movie disappeared……. So here we are without tutorial on how I made this Postcard. What a pitty!
I can try to tell what I did:
I started with white gesso, then Distress Oxide in the background, layer on layers in many colors. Then I stamped the hearts onto tissue paper, and cut them out. The same did I with the postcard stamp. T
hen I used my palet knife to get some white paint over a little here and there. I used Matt Gel Medium to glue the heart and poststamp down on my card. I also used a dotted stencil and black and white paint in the background, along with tiny heart stamp. When it was all dry I write with Dina Wakley's gold paint over the postcard.
